SteppingStones is a non-profit recreational center in Morgantown, WV for people with disabilities. Our goal is to help people achieve their maximum level of independence through innovative recreational activities. There are 69,220 disabled individuals over the age of five living within our service area. We help them focus on there abilities, not their disabilities. We have a state of the art facility that offers amazing year round programs such as: soccer, basketball, wheelchair basketball, summer/day camp, golf, computer classes, therapeutic riding, social activities, and a fully accessible swimming pool.
In addition, we have the Miracle League Baseball Field that accommodates any disability thus allowing wheelchairs, walkers, the visually impaired and mentally impaired, etc. to no longer sit on the sidelines.
Our programs offer a sense of pride, belonging, self-accomplishment and most of all fun and friends!!
